Donor’s Note

Donors in India can avail 100% tax exemption under Section 80G (2) (a) (iiif) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (also applicable for CSR-funded projects)

IISc is also exempted from the provisions of the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act(CFRA) 1976, 2010 and 2020

Upon completion of the project, the new building will be named after the sponsors. Details are negotiable, but an example is XYZ INFIfab.

IISc is an Institute of Eminence under the Ministry of Education, Government of India. The building shall be listed under the IISc asset register.

Branding will be prominently displayed on the building.

All INFIfab employees' cards carry the branding and the IISc and CeNSE logos.

Donors will be part of continuous engagement at all CeNSE events.

Donors will be the guests of honour at the annual CeNSE Donor Day, where they get to see the technology and interact with students and staff.
